Cancel eligible orders and return the applicable quantities to stock.
View, download and print the invoices, receipts and credit notes issued automatically for each order, and packing slips. Confirm bank settlement separately.
Manage returns, restock products and record refunds using the available internal methods.
Refund the eligible amount as store credit for the customer to use later. Store credit is not transferred to their bank account.
Returning money through a payment gateway is still being completed. Recording the return within SaaS is available separately.
Exchanging a product for another, adjusting the price difference and updating stock is planned.
Record in-person sales for a customer or guest, using cash, a separate card terminal or manual payment, with duplicate-sale protection.
Selecting a product’s size, color or other variant directly in the point of sale is not available yet.
Opening and closing sales shifts, tracking the cash drawer and connecting POS hardware are planned.
